LANCASTER - Marauders Men's Baseball outlasted the Victor Valley Rams 15-13 in a high-scoring conference battle at home. Striking first on a two-run homer from Griffin Hagen, AVC scored in all but two innings and totaled 18 hits on the day. Michael Haith led the way going 4-for-5 with three RBIs, including AVC's second two-run home run of the game in the bottom of the 5th inning.

Andrew Garcia and Freddie Garcia both went 3- for -4 and totaled three RBIs between them. Catcher Wyatt Hendrie finished with two RBIs off two hits. Victor Valley led twice but couldn't match the Marauders offensive firepower in the later innings.

JJ Holiday (4-2) struck out three batters in five innings pitched to get the win while Ricky Jimenez picked up the save. The Marauders are now 7-10 overall and 2-1 in conference. They will face Barstow, Citrus, and Canyons away, before returning home to face Canyons again on March 14th at 2:30 pm.
