MARAUDER MEN'S VOLLEYBALL FALLS IN FOUR TO SANTA BARBARA CITY

LANCASTER - The Marauder men's volleyball team lost to Santa Barbara City in four sets, 25-20, 25-20, 18-25, 25-18, at Marauder Gymnasium.

AVC has lost six matches in a row since defeating LA Trade Tech in straight sets on Feb. 23.

AVC was led by Matthew Lee who finished with 12 kills. Teammate Kevin Moore added 10 kills and seven digs.

The Marauders, which played the Vaqueros tough the entire match, took the momentum after winning the fourth set, however, could not get over the hump as Santa Barbara took the fourth and the match.

Joey Medina finished with 36 assists and seven digs and Brandon Holderbach added five aces and 10 kills for AVC.
