VALLEY GLEN - Kaitlynn Dardar hit a home run and Katie Weiser added two doubles as the Marauder softball team easily defeated LA Valley, 9-2, Friday afternoon.

the Marauders only led 3-2 heading into the top of the fourth inning but exploded for five runs to break the game wide open. Dardar got things going in the inning with a solo home run giving AVC a 4-2 lead. Taylor Roberts had an RBI double later in the inning to extend the lead to 5-2.

Roberts pitched a complete game allowing only two runs on five hits.
