LANCASTER - The Marauder women's basketball team coming off one its best shooting performances of the season from 3-point range on Saturday night against Cypress, struggled on Sunday against Moorpark in the third place game of the 17th Annual AVC Holiday Tournament with a 54-49 loss to the Raiders on Newton Chelette Court.

AVC was only 6-of-40 from behind the arc, four of those coming from Brieanna Perkins, who connected on 10 3-pointers for the tournament. The Marauders only shot 29 percent for the game.
