BASEBALL SENDS 5 TO ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM
Cody Rollings, Drew Watkins, Quentin Starbuck, and Elias Frainier were named 1st Team All-Conference.
Antelope Valley College Baseball had five players receive Western State-South Conference honors for the 2026 season.
Cody Rollings, Drew Watkins, Quentin Starbuck, and Elias Frainier were named 1st Team All-Conference, while Connor Baughman received 2nd Team honors.
Watkins, a freshman from Albuquerque, NM, led the WSC-South with 66 runs batted in, while ranking 3rd in batting average at .401. He had a team-high 63 hits on the season, including 5 home runs and the most doubles (25) and triples (4).
Sophomore Elias Frainier drove in 57 runs (3rd in Conference) and belted 61 hits with 6 home runs, while freshman Quentin Starbuck had 53 hits and 35 RBI. Starbuck also ranked 3rd in the Conference in stolen bases with 22.
Rollings, a sophomore catcher from Goodyear, AZ, totaled 49 hits with 37 RBI and drew a team-high 56 walks on the season. Connor Baughman batted in 44 runs with 58 hits on the season.
AVC finished the 2026 season just shy of the postseason, with a 25-14 overall record and ranked 22nd in the CCCBCA poll.
