WOMEN'S SOCCER RECORDS DRAW AGAINST BAKERSFIELD
Antelope Valley College women's soccer recorded their seventh draw of the season with a 1-1 tie against the Bakersfield Renegades at home. The Marauders surrendered a goal in the first half, but were able to even the score when Saydee Martinez found the net in the 87:00 minute.
Brooklyn Berger had the only other attempts for AVC with 3 shots (1 on goal). Andrea Romero had 4 saves in the box, while Melanie Ramos recorded 1.
The Marauders are now 4-7-7 overall, and 3-3-4 in conference. They will next host the 3-4-4 LA Valley Monarchs on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 7:00 PM. AVC edged the Monarchs 1-0 earlier this season in their first match.
